Pedders and wheel spacers

Looking to fit pedder coilovers to a 2018 car
Any advice on best amount to lower car
Also what’s the general wheel spacers size to fit to 19 inch factory wheels

Not sure about factory but before I adjusted camber via plates and bolts (to pull wheel from the strut), I needed a 5mm spacer with 19x10 (+45) wheels. Stock may fit better. The issue was the lip of the wheel rubbing on the height adjustment collar of the strut.

Ideal lowering for street and performance is ~0.75". Lower than that and you're just loosing useful suspension travel you need on the street and not helping performance without roll-center correction, etc etc.
