So I installed the pedalmax in my uk spec Mustang GT. It was a pain in the ass to install since it’s in a worse location than it’s US counterpart due to it being right hand drive. Therefore it took me about 40 mins. In this time the negative battery terminal was disconnected.
I have the knob with the pedalmax. What I found after driving the car is that when I turn the knob off and drive, the car feels more sluggish than stock. If I go into sport mode it doesn’t pick up like it used to. When I turn the dial to 25 there is no difference. If I turn it between 50-100 the pedalmax does what it’s supposed to. Does disconnecting the negative battery cause the car to “re learn” engine parmamerters which would explain why perhaps sport and even track mode don’t make any difference. Secondly for those of you with the knob does turning it to 25 make any difference? Cheers
