PBD tune in California

What is everyone doing in California to get PBD? Should I ship it to friends out of state and have them ship it to me since they won't ship directly to California?

Not sure on PBD but I do know @LethalPerformance can ship Lund Ngauge and tune. I just got mine and extremely happy.

pretty sure you can just buy the actual tuner on ebay and sign some waiver with one of their vendors to get the email tune

This thread is a year old ... and apparently no nGage. Does anyone have a preference between SCT BDX or uCal tuners? I have a stock 2019 Mustang GT PP1 (H-Pipe, stock Active Exhaust). Was thinking of 91 and 85/Flex tunes.

That is something you need to discuss with your tuner.
No point in picking up something they will not tune.
