I’m almost positive this is the route I’m going.. My goals is bottom 9s with 8sec potential . I have already ran 10s N/A 2018 GT A10 .

From my reach on head units I’m thinking Paxton HD or Vortech JTB with 8 rib upgrade.

Circle D converter will help a ton on getting the 60' down.
Get a return style fuel system, FIC1000 injectors, axles, ET street R's on a 17 and start stripping out weight of the car.
Closer you get to 8's the more you'll need mcloed clutches.
Idk if the paxton has the capabilities to do it.

I did it on a Vortech JT, with a 3.12 pulley, and E85. I am 6 rib, but used a griptec. Heres my mod list:

My car is a fully optioned 2019 401a 10r80 car, with PP1, and Mag Ride.

Vortech V3 JT, with 3.12 Pulley (open blower)
Fore Stage 1E Fuel System with Dual 465 pumps and fuel rails
ID1050x injectors
PBD E85 Tune
Cat Deletes
Corsa Sport Catback
BMR Mag Ride Springs
BMR Vertical Links
UPR Adjustable Camber Links (set to +0.2)
BMR Chassis Lockouts
Circle D 10r80 "FI" Converter (its like 2800 stall, sucks for a Vortech)
McLeod Clutch Steels
DSS Carbon Fiber Direct Fit Drive Shaft
DSS 1400hp Axles
Racestar 18x5 Skinnies up front, with MT 28x6-18 Front Runners, and Racestar 17x10 Rears, with 305/45/17 MT ET Street R's

My best is low 9s

Thanks!! I already have lighten the load already and I have axles already ...What is needed as far as keeping ITs down and keeping car in boost the whole 1/4 mile trip.

If you're on E85 and running in decent weather IAT's wont hurt you.
You could run a ice tank a A2W intercooler if you feel the need to though or have a methanol injection setup added on

I'd prefer a small shot of nitrous.

Def go 8 rib so you’re not chasing belt slip all the time.

I learned that lesson on my Paxton 2014 car.

I have a customer running mid 8s with a D1x setup..
For Paxton, another is running a griptec 3.25 + dual lethal 465 fuel system + 1050x... Bread and butter package, 10r80 clutches, circle D.. I think his PB was 9.3? Can't remember. I can ask him if you want to message me.

thats easy, as vortech and paxton's largest dealer, we not only sell, but install tons of these combos,

we have several customers in the low 9s on the stock self contained blower and stock 6 rib that comes on it running our stage 2 setup (only available through us). no matter what blower you pick , a converter will help you maximize what your doing, most of the low 9 guys are running e85 or race gas,

we also offer an upgrade with the 8 rib and oil fed blower if you want, feel free to give me a shout and we can go over your build and help you make the right selection, and you can always bring it to us for an install as well!

and don't forget, buying a kit from us enters you into a drawing for a chance at a refund on the supercharger purchase price on christmas!!!! we'll be giving refunds to 4 lucky blower customers!!!

I wonder how well my N/A circle D converter will work with a blower ?

Thats actually the preferred torque converter for a centri blower. The regular FI Circle D converter only loads up to about 2700 rpm. Your NA converter will go into the mid 3000s, the Paxton/Vortech make power around 5000.

Easy, call up hellion and get their kit.....problem solved. Then you dont have to figure out how to listen to the motley crew cassette tape that comes with a vortech/paxton

It should get you 1.4s no problem. Even my 4100 pound car cuts 1.4s on the 4c. And a baby paxton 2200.
