Mine isn't recirculating... I used the largest size port they sell and I have the -2 spring. I opted for the QR since it isn't as loud as the standard Q bov.
The bypass lines that's circled in red do they hook up to the Tial like the stock bypass? & if so are they the correct size to hook up to the Tial?
Thanks! I'm just trying to make sure I have everything needed in hand when I order.

Yes, but it is highly advised from Tial to run a 6mm inner diameter vacuum line to the BOV to prevent slow opening and closing. I had to take my metal fitting out from my vacuum line and tap it for a larger diameter port to run the larger hose. The one supplied with the stock Vortech kit is a lot smaller and I was noticing it wouldn't close all the way when I would be in Boost.

That's good to know, I just ordered a WG from BC might as well do the BOV now. Terry do you offer Tial or any other BOV other than the upgraded Race bypass (not my sound preference)? I would like to purchase the pipe, flange & bov ready to install like your WG setup if possible. If not I can weld it myself, just need the parts.
i have the vortech bv57s, what we run, biggest one they have, the tials, or the turbosmarts

Is it still pretty loud? I figure since it's not recirculating that it's just as loud as the Vortech race bov or Tial Q.

It's a little louder but from what I can tell from videos people post, mine isn't as loud as the regular Tial Q BOV.

Is the BV57s a direct replacement without having to cut out the bypass flange? I would like a price for it if it's a direct replacement. Thanks!
