Passenger door is not closing

[Mustang gt 2016]

I just opened the passenger door and tried to close it but its not closing. Door suction is working but its not closing.. any idea pls ??? I cant drive it with this problem..

There is also a new Ford Field Service Action 21N10 that was just released for the door latch. Not much info yet for what years affected and such.

This is actually a recall for 2015 and possibly some early 2016 models.
