I'm struggling with my parts order as follows:
First, I found 2 different Levittown ford parts websites
Parts.Levittownforparts.com
Levittownfordparts.com
they have different parts, different part descriptions and different prices
I placed an order with Parts.Levittownfordparts.com as that site had both parts I wanted ( the other did not) and it has lower price on one of the parts
Now, I can't log into my account, I reset the pass word several times, still no access
I can log into the other website I did not use and it still shows the 1 part in my cart.
I tried calling Levittown, No access to the parts department, voice mail full, no answer, cycle you around the automated messages over and over.
I sent an email to [email protected]
I have a order #, no tracking #. just trying to make sure the parts are coming.
Any help is appreciated
