Pandora crashes

Hello all, I have a 2015 base model ecoboost. I have the latest version of sync and the latest version of Pandora on my Samsung galaxy 6. Everytime I play Pandora through bluetooth, everything works fine up until there is an advertisement. As soon as the advertisement comes on, Pandora shuts down and the Pandora app disappears from the radio. Pandora otherwise works perfectly when not connected to the car. Anyone have this issue?

I just started having this problem, too. I know there's an update for Sync available but I haven't done it yet. Might be the solution

exactly!. my Pandora used to crash all the time.

and If your a college student you only pay 5$/Month.

No problems on my car.

S6 Active here, Pandora app was on my radio for a couple times and now every time i yell at it to turn on pandora it doesn't open. Can't find it in the list of apps either on the sync apps on the radio? Haven't done anything different with either the phone or radio.

I've had the same problem, but only since my phone software updated. I keep hoping a simple Pandora update will come out, but nothing yet.

When an AD pops up on Pandora, the app crashes then dissapears as well.

So Pandora just updated. No longer have the issue. Try updating pandora

Pandora updates vary by phone model... I had my entire Sync system randomly reboot driving in this morning...
