Paint Issue Questions

Well.......I'm not the smartest guy, that's for sure. I have quite a few rock chips in the front bumper and hood. I'm setting up an appointment at Clear Auto Bra to get it wrapped like I should have from the beginning. Here's the million dollar question, how do I get the rock chips fixed if they can't do it? I don't like touch up paint. Any suggestions?

U paint the bumper or use touch up paint. There is no other way to fill in a chip.
