P0442 code ?

So i keep getting the P0442 code. I have already replaced purge valve. And i have already tried cleaning and re lubricating the door on the filler neck (1 time ). Is a full filler neck replacement the only fix for this issue? Has anyone else had this issue?

i’m sure somebody will have a better answer than this to help you. I had this code all the time on my 2019 GT which was tuned. You’re in New York so I don’t know what the laws are but where I was in California the car wasn’t gonna be emissions tested for eight years and I knew the car would be gone so I just reset it every month with my nGauge. The car‘s performance was never an issue and I had that car for 73,000 miles. I’m assuming you want to fix it for emissions. Hopefully somebody has a better fix than my comments. I’m in nc and the car just passed inspection. I’m also tuned with Lund. And i have been cleaning it with my N gauge as well. I’m guessing this a 2019 thing or something. What mods did you have at that time.

Sorry. I typed NY instead of NC. Maybe it’s because your name is Ty. I was also tuned by Lund which could explain a lot of things. I would never use Lund again myself. I’m using Wengerd now with the M1. On the ‘19 I had Ford Performance exhaust by Borla and a Roush CAI and that was it. I’m really assuming it was the tune because they screwed around a lot with the emissions back then. The A10 was phenomenal though for me and I know others have had different experiences.

the car came with this Lund tune. Do trust im a Wengerd’s man also. They tuned my ess car. But all this car has is a PMAS intake and to loud flowmaster outlaw exhaust. So you’d probably on to something with the Lund tune thing. The plot has officially thickened.
