P0315 Code after installed tune

Hello,
Just installed the preloaded tune from a Bama tuner. Now I have my check engine light on and when I check the code with the tuner it says P0315. Something to due with the crankshaft position or something like that needs to be re-learned? I can still drive the car but will there be any damage arising from this? I have tried to clear the code but it just keeps coming up as well as the check engine light still stays on. Any help would be much appreciated.

Use either SCT device to do crank relearn or go to dealer to have them do it which is more of a last resort. SCTx4 under special functions, crank relearn, warm up car to 80c, have to be in park or parking brake on in neutral, when its warm enough it will tell you to rev up to 4200rpm.
