P0300 Random Misfire Code

So I have a 2015 Automatic Mustang GT with a Procharger HO with factory tune. When I revved past 6k RPM my check engine light flashes for about 10 seconds and disappears. It happened twice. I checked the error codes and it said P0300 Random Cylinder Misfire.

It normally never shows the CEL but I'm sure this isn't a good thing. What could be the cause?

Car has 33k miles, about 18 with the Procharger.
