Hey All,
I've got 200 miles on my 2016 GT that I purchased with 7 miles on it from the dealer. They installed the roush phase 1 and by the time I got it, it was 26 miles. At 70 miles I had my shop install the MBRP race catback which was pretty smokey due to the lubricant on the exhaust out of packing. At 100 miles I noticed a cel and drove to the dealer and borrowed their code reader since I didn't have an SCT X4 anymore. It read p0420 which is cat efficiency in bank 1. I figured it was because of the new exhaust I had installed. I cleared the code. At 200 miles it came back while I was on my way to san antonio raceway. I stopped at the dealer and cleared the code, but at this point I'm skeptical. I know the 2015's had a recall for cat efficiency, however mine is a 2016. Any ideas?
