I wash my wheels and dry immediately with the Master Blaster one at a time, and it still has a light coating of rust, so its normal. Filtered water and all.

Look into Croftgate USA. They make a product called "Wash & Wax"

I use it on my R and you never have to worry about the rotors getting rusty.

The the bigger plus is the wheels stay cleaner longer. Basically when the rotors get rusty the rust comes off when you apply the brakes, but where does the rust go? All over your newly cleaned wheels.

Just my 2 cents

Thank the Lord I almost had a heart attack! What a NOOB lolol

Separate but related detailing question--what is your preferred method of drying the vehicle? In a pinch yesterday I used my blower and soft hand towels to finish and that worked pretty good. Just curious how the others approach it.
I use the leaf blower to get the water in the cracks and Adam's Ultra Plush Drying Towel.

You don't want to use a leaf blower. The air forced out is not clean. You want to use a dedicated blower like the Master Blaster for specific applications like drying a car.

Be aware you should not let the brakes air dry after washing, the pads stick to the rotors.

Usually a quick drive with some heavy stops is enough after a wash to avoid it.

A heavy rain will do that to...it's so damn annoying.
