Ok got my extensions today. I must say I'm extremely impressed how well done they are. Perfect fit and finish. Look like some kind of Klingon battle axe.

Question for those who have been using them for a little while now. Do they interfere at all while turning the wheel? I have large hands, not huge, and there seems to be less then a quarter inch between my knuckles and the extension when I did a crude test fit.

Any feedback ?

Nope, they don't interfere. That was my biggest concern when I ordered them. I've had them on for a while now and haven't once accidentally hit them.

I used 3M double sided tape. That's what most manufacturers ship their parts with.

Got mine from CJPP last week. Finally got around to installing this weekend. The extensions are great quality and look great. I used a heat gun to warm the extensions and the paddle in the car. With the heavy duty 3M tape they should stay in place permanently. I have ordered quite a few items from CJPP and have had good luck with them. The only thing that scared me was when I saw they were shipped USPS. My fears came true when tracking showed an arrival date and the package was still 5 states away. Sure enough, when the package finally arrived it looked like the mail lady had dragged it behind her jeep for her entire shift. The extensions barely managed to stay in the package and were surprisingly un damaged. From this point on I am going to place my orders over the phone and make sure that nothing is shipped to me USPS. I have found that FedEx is the fastest and most dependable way to ship and I don't mind paying extra for it.

Go HERE click on details then use the magnifier to see the tape up close...It's about the thickness of packing tape. It doesn't have the sponge that most double sided tape has.

The 3M tape that I have used is from Lowes. It is a bit thicker than automotive tape but for the paddles it filled any gaps between the paddle and the extension. Just make sure that you only use it on the flat surface and not up the sides of the extension. I used three 10 inch strips of 3M to hang a metal cabinet on a tile wall and then had to move the cabinet later on. Needless to say I bought a new cabinet after it was destroyed attempting to get it off the wall. I agree, don't get the spong type tape.
