Outside Air Temperature Sensor Stuck at 50 Degrees

Look at my posts above. It should correct itself after driving the car at around 50mph for a while. I had the same issue, but after it corrected itself it never happened again.

I know this is an old post. But I am having the same issues. Temp is stuck at 50. And the clock never moves forward. When I turn on the car it starts at the correct time. But never changes. I've reset the radio, disconnected the battery and drove at hwy speeds for a while. Nothing works. Did anyone ever figure this one out?
