Yes, almost all of us. Call Ford Performance and give them your VIN, their phone number is buried in several of these threads.

Hey all.

Ordered my Mustang on June 19th, Got my VIN a few weeks later. Since then I have been sitting with no build date.

I tried calling my dealership and they said they have no info on when it will be built. Calling Ford Customer Care recommended me to reach out to sales team at the dealership. I get the chip shortages may be causing problems but I would think I would get the build date with the VIN.

Anyone experience an issue like this?

Another thing you might do is to clear the history/cache in your browser. I would get conflicting information on the same website when I would "refresh" the page. I also had my delivery date change from 9/8/21 to 9/7/21 in the same day.

Don't listen to this guy, they're very willing to look up your order status. Not everyone is blessed with his superior patience abilities.

I am never going to admit checking the tracking site multiple times a day. Um, I think
I just did.

So i got the "your car has been built" email today, and i'm 97.3% sure that i clicked the Track My Order button, and the status was at the "built" bubble. I clicked it again this evening, because i was "testing my internet", and now the built bubble is cleared. Delivery date didn't change. i hold very little value in the Track My Order at this point. Like i'm pretty sure i'll get a Mach 1, most likely this year, and i know what VIN it is. Maybe i need to insert another coin to continue...

Mine did the same, don’t like them toying with my emotions but I took a screenshot and know for a fact it said built

Clear your browser cache. It wouldn’t show if the site wasn’t updated unless an error posting occurred and was removed.

Got my GT/CS home last night. I took it unwashed or prepped from dealer and will detail over Labor Day weekend. Just a simple wash in line for weekend.
