Ordered A 2019 GT Premium!

I'm placing my order tomorrow for an Orange Fury '19 GT Premium.

Is there anything I should be specifically aware of or is it a simple matter of choosing the options and submitting the order?

I'm being offered $1000 below X-Plan, am I doing alright?

This should be quite an upgrade from my '16 EcoBoost!

Dealer told me it will be submitted to Ford on Monday morning.

SO EXCITED! Last time I had this feeling I was waiting for a '16 Stingray to be built.

Thank you, same congrats to you. They told me to expect delivery in 8-12 weeks. Hope it’s sooner of course! I have my current EB until December 16th so the timing is just about perfect.

I sure hope not, they said 2-3. I didn't order Magneride if that's relevant.

I also was told 3-4 months, but I ordered 9/20 and am now being told 12/14 production and delivery likely by end of year. GT Premium.

ordered mine on 7/21. went into production on the 10/16. I should have it in 19 days. I ordered with magneride tho. the 1k below x-plan did that include rebate? mine was x-plan minus $1500 rebate.

No. The rebate is in addition so I'm really getting X-plan minus $2000. My salesman also told me to keep an eye out for a mailer from Ford with a private offer since I am coming from another Ford vehicle (actually another Mustang.)

You didn’t go for the Magneride? Why?

Don't have it in my current '16 Ecoboost PP and will never track the new car. From what I gathered it's most advantageous to those that will track the car.
