Went for a spirited drive today. After about 20 minutes I noticed it was right at 300 degrees. Car is a 350R and the outside temp was about 89. Seems like it shouldn't be running this hot. Any help is greatly appreciated.

what is the CHT when the oil temp shows 300 degrees?

Ran up a different road today. Didn't drive nearly as hard as the other day. Oil temp still seemed high for the type of driving I was doing. Outside temps were between 77-81 at 7:30 PM

I live in the middle east (it's hot all the time lol) outside temp would be around 43C (110f) normal driving the car it's around 110C (230f). I can't say anything about spirited driving because there is no fun in driving a car at temperatures at 45+ (115f+). At night it won't get past 110C (230f) with a little bit of red line runs

I guess you kinda get used to it lol. It's kinda funny cause most people here store their cars in the summer instead of the opposite where some of you guys store it in the winter.
