A group buy? That is good news. Any idea on pricing?

Is there any real world comparison facts or tests performed between these three products head to head? Not like the Bobs video, something that makes sense like the JLT revised video? I like the Bobs and UPR design, although I feel Bobs would be easier to drain. I guess some more information, pictures/instructions on draining procedures for UPR should do the trick. Also, where is the price difference justified? Are the internals much different? I am trying to justify paying 100 bucks more for the product, I would like to know why and what I am getting for the extra bucks.
I have all the units back at work and will take pictures of the JLT, Bob's and UPR units to show you just how different they are and where the extra cost comes in with our new SC series units.

As for Bob's, I think the standard series is the best bet, then shop ebay for the an fittings and braided lines and have your own ultimate series for a whole lot less.

The cost involved in our systems is in the actual bracketry and catch can since system from the complexity of the diffuser and the diffuser shield with the billet quick connectors and the push button plug n play fittings.

I will post the images tomorrow of all the can internal designs.

Thanks! I'm really interested in this, it's one of my first mods I am purchasing. I was set on Bobs, but your product just popped up for me. I like to do things once and do it right, cost aside, given its worth it. I will stay tuned for details.

You know there is a good ol' saying..."In God we trust; all others must bring data.".

Your product may very well be superior in terms of performance, but please spare us the sales pitch and show some tangible evidence instead.
Here is a few images and basic videos of the amount of fluid our systems collect.

This is on a 2011 GT AKA Stealth Fighter.

These videos are from our first generation systems with the diffuser installed before
we even got into the latest technology and heavy hitter designs that blow these away.

UPR Catch Can Diffuser Install and Results Video - 5/15/14

UPR Catch Can traps OBSCENE amount of oil! - 4/4/14

2011-2014 F-150 3.5L EcoBoost UPR Dual-Valve Billet Catch Can Install - 12/3/14

Does the UPR Catch Can actually work? - 11/6/13

I will get some more data and info together for tomorrow for you and I don't have a sales pitch that I'm slinging. Just trying to give you real facts to base the system on.

Thank you, Joe

I like what I am seeing so far. The debate seems to be though, under the same circumstances, how much oil will A,B, and C models collect? Which one collected more during the same test? JLT did a real street trial of the collections, showing his second revision worked better than the Bobs. This given there was no foul play in between changes etc, which we may or may never know.
I am all for the facts and giving credits where it's due.

I am not sure what happened to my post, but thanks for the reply. I've seen a number of those videos. What I was talking about is an actual performance comparison between the UPR and say Bob's/JLT/Others similar to the one JLT did (mounted each separator on the same car, drove around and recorded the amount of oil collected after X miles). I don't like Bob's test either, but as of this moment, there is no test/data out there to confirm that a particular separator is better than the rest.

Pretty much what I was asking on my previous post.

Jamie,

The flagship unit is actually very easy to remove and just because you got that perception from looking at it I'm going to further improve the ease of installation and removal. But with that being said it's very simple overall to empty and maintain.

I will also post some more detailed pictures of the 5030-98 system is absolutely incredible and I can GUARANTEE that everyone will be blown away with the design and function when they see it first hand.

Happy New Year to you.
What's the difference between the 5030-98 and the 5028-98?

I really like the look of the 5030-98 but how easy is is to drain the oil?

The 5028-98 is the best simple plug n play ever developed and is probably more in line with many of your needs.

The can is 60% of the capacity of the 5030-98 and you have to wait for it to cool down before you can empty it.

The longer hoses also play a role in the condensing and coalescing. Aside from that both can feature the same internals.

UPR Plug n Play SC Catch Can - 5030-98 vs. 5030-98

5028 - 2" Diameter x 6" Tall / 5030 - 2.5" Diameter x 6" Tall

5028 - 2pc. 8" Braided Hoses / 5030 - 2pc. 24" Braided Hoses

5028 - 1pc. 5/8" Billet Check Valve / 5030 - 1pc. 5/8" Billet Check Valve

5028 - 6pc. 5/8" PnP Fitting Kit / 5030 - 6pc. 5/8" PnP Fitting Kit

5028 - 4pc. Billet Hose Ends / 5030 - 4pc. Billet Hose Ends

5028 - 5pc. UPR Diffuser System / 5030 - 6pc. UPR Diffuser System

5028 - No Bracket Needed / 5030 - 360 Deg Rotation Mounting Bracket

Aside from the comparison above the two systems are incredible performers.

The time you will notice the real difference is in super hot weather or boosted applications.

5028 - Can be emptied in 1 minute ( ZERO EFFORT )

5030 - Can be emptied in 5 minutes ( MINIMAL EFFORT )

Just got finished Updating the UPR 2015 Mustang Single Valve Catch Can System for everyone. The UPR Catch Can is an Incredible Performer and Stupid Simple to Remove or Re-installed in LESS than 60 seconds.
( ABSOLUTELY NO TOOLS REQUIRED FOR REMOVAL ! )

This UPR Single Valve Catch Can removal to drain whenever you want. You simply turn the UPR Quick Release Knob counter clockwise and
remove the dirty side and clean side Plug n Play fittings and unplug the sensor and just lift the can out of the vehicle. ( 60 seconds or less )

Also check out the UPR Billet One Way Valve on the clean side line to for normally aspirate and boosted applications.

Thank you for posting that concern so I can show you how hard we work to give you what your looking for. I will be adding pictures in a few minutes.
