Oil pump questions

I have dawned my flame suit, Does anyone have the instructions to include torque specs ? I am going to install the mmr TG and OPG this weekend just want to look over the instructions. Also do I have to cut my A/C belt or can I get it off and reuse it? It's not that I am cheap but I am stationed in Germany and takes forever to get parts shipped here.

When you get down to the damper and A/C belt with everything else out of the way just grab the belt with one hand and pull out near the A/C pulley while turning the crank bolt counter clockwise. Keep pulling and turning slowly it will strech and roll off the A/C pulley. The belt is a strech belt and made to go off and on this way I've done it twice this way off and on by hand.
