Oil Pump Gear and Harmonic Balance Install

So I am finally getting around to installing my supercharger. First step OPGs, timing gear, and Harmonic Balancer. Got my kit from Beefcake. Everything went well until it was time to install the Harmonic Balancer. I got the longer bolt, but it just was not giving me a good feeling cranking on those threads in the crank. So I made an adapter for my HB install tool. I welded three grade 8 M12x1.50 nuts together to make a coupler. Then I cut the head off my longer M12 bolt, turned it down and inserted it into the coupler and welded it. Then I was able to insert that into the crank and use my tool plus some left over bits from the install LOL! I hope thes parts do what they are suppose to! I popped for the good stuff :-).

Did you have trouble pulling crank pulley. I have tried multiple pulley pullers and can't get it to grab with the awkward spolks. Any tips or special tools?

Use a Chrysler style puller.

The one I used doesn't grab the outside of the pulley, but between the spokes.
