Great turnout at the event! Perfect weather, fun track and awesome people. Thanks to [MENTION=18090]Competition Orange[/MENTION] and everyone else who put together a great event.

I was one of the first cars to show up, couple seconds after I get there this Turbo S pulls in next to me and I was like wtf lol. Got to meet many nice Porsche owners!

First run was a 55 second lap . First time on a track pretty much had no idea what I was doing lol. By the end of the day managed to shave 9 seconds from the first run.

Not bad, Comp Orange was probably faster than most. I was couple seconds slower than most. Given I had no clue what I was doing and running on stock all seasons I am impressed with what our cars are capable of.

Man looks great! How did mustang do against the porches?

I came in 5th out of 65 drivers. We don't class, just raw time scoring.

1. 41.29 - 09 WRX full suspension/bolt ons, -3 deg camber and RE-11s
2. 41.54 - c6 Z06 on slicks
3. 41.75 - 996TT on Pilot Sports
4. 42.20 - Miata unknown details
5. 42.81 - 15 GT PP camber bolts, BMR handling springs, eibach f/r sways, x pipe, shifter bracket, forgestar cf5 18x10 with 300tw Sumitomo HTRZ3 tires.

Glad to hear! It'll go more smoothly next year, and we'll get more runs. This was the last event anyone local is running, and the weather was perfect. 65 cars was crazy!

I still have a lot to learn with this car. I'm coming from cars that understeer, and I have to get the details worked out on this. I've had it a year, and am getting better and better each event. Once tires are the limiting factor, I'll upgrade them. Right now it's between my ears.

I plan on keeping the cheap sumitomos stocked on the car through 2017, and then do a large purchase for 18x11 or 18x12s with the popular tire of the period.

It used to be Rivals/RS2v2, then it was Rival S/RE71R, etc. I keep up on the latest tires, just not to the stage of my "build" yet.

I will definitely be looking forward to more details about the spring dates as well! Pure stock ecoboost (will be doing a tune in the spring) Cant wait to get it on the track. Something about it seems like I'd have more fun doing that than I would at a drag strip. Cant wait to meet some other S550 owners as well!

I hit up the Cars and Coffee Cincinnati (oddly enough, at a place in Northern Kentucky) on Saturday. There was a 96-ish white cobra there, but no other mustangs. Need to try the other one actually in Ohio next time, Fuel I think is the name of the place.

Anyway a thought I would say hi to all the Ohio peoples.

I'm in blue ash area. Just got my mustang a week ago. I haven't been to fuel but I heard you have to get there real early to get a spot.
