Do these wheels have cutouts in the hub for use with spacers or no?

[MENTION=9998]PRG3k[/MENTION] - I'm honestly not sure if there's a cutout but there's no reason why they shouldn't be able to be used with them. Historically speaking RTR's offsets of had a little poke so I'm sure they can be used with them.

Can these work without the black tuner lugs? I noticed the recommended lugs for these are out of stock. :(

Will my stock lug nuts work or can I use something different as long as its the same 14x1.5 style and 3/4" width? I can't seem to find an identical set anywhere else.

255/35/20 sumitomo htr ziii. Of course, you can choose a wider tire but I just don't want too much traction and I would like to avoid the tire to be fatter than the rim (I dislike a wide tire that bulges personally) lol. You can go from 245-285 without a problem for those 9.5 inch wheels.
