Yea but you are leaving out the most important / expensive packages here- the $6.5k PP1, the $1.7k magneride, and the $2.5k digital dash 401a package. That narrows it to a couple $k difference.

Comparing a base GT premium to the Mach on price is kinda apples and oranges, just IMO. To get close you have to load it with features and then it’s almost as $$ for a worse car. That’s why the M1 makes so much sense to me. My $0.02

I agree. Once I added everything I wanted to a GT it was a no brainer to spend a few grand more to get the Mach 1.

The Tremec is a major upgrade. Maybe this will be added to the gt's at some point.

These are in fact all test mules for the next mustang which is a good thing.

I thought so until I saw the insurance which in my case was notably higher M1 vs. GT, but since this isn’t an everyday car I’ve accepted that.

I think there are a bit more difference than some are stating between a GT and M1.

IF you are using the Mach1 for track use, the differences are massive. I just traded my 2021 PP for a Mach 1 as alllll the extra gear for track use is a real bargain.

If your just street driving the car, and don't care about have a "mach 1" then a GT is a great value

Mine went up $57 per month dropping my 17 Silverado and adding the Mach 1.

I test drove a base GT Premium today. And drove an overpriced Mach 1. I noticed a lot more road imperfections in the GT. I am assuming it’s the magneride in the Mach 1.

I looked at my numbers. My sale price is $46400 for my GT order and $52990 for my Mach 1 premium. Only actually a $6500 difference plus $2250 in Ford incentives for $8750 price difference

Also, I seen a lot of guys got new emails moving their dates back. I haven’t gotten one yet so as far as I know it’s still scheduled for 11/01

So it looks like it's just an algorithm that re-evaluates when the threshold of 40 to go is breached to the downside and no firm slot has been assigned. It pushes the value up to an upper bound of 60 and then bleeds off days at about 0.8 per calendar day till it hits <40 and pumps it back up to 60. The last data-point is an outlier so (ignoring plant shutdown due to fuel spill) I reckon @Mikepol2 car actually has a build slot as of Sep 10 and parts have been assigned.

Would need to graph multiple reports to see if my observation pattern holds.

OK so THIS one is actually painful. Those blue bars that say it should have been built in May...sheesh. We're at double the time and still not actually started!
