MY 15 GT PP has a bad vibration i can feel in the steering wheel above 65. It is is not noticeable below 40. I am pretty sure it is a wrapped rotor but can not see it with the naked eye and don't have a run out gauge. I have taken both wheels off and cannot see anything out of the ordinary. I did try the Emergency brake at high sped and no vibration.

I have it scheduled at a ford dealer on Monday, just wondering will this be covered by warranty? and any other opinions on the cause and has anyone else had this problem.

Sounds like warped front rotors, how many miles do you have on your car?

To low of milage to have vibration when braking. Overheated rotors could or not torquing wheels in a star pattern could also do it. It would be a simple fix (just machine the rotors). Either way I think you would be covered.
