This one is something different

My 2019 Mustang GT PP1 401A drives and runs amazing it’s whippled but ever since I have had it I have been chasing minor electrical issues not related to the blower it has been little things like the battery replacements or fuses. This one though is big to me at least.

I have an nguage for my vehicle and it hasn’t been connecting recently, so I bought a new cord to see if that was the issue, and come to find out it wasn’t because it still wasn’t connecting with the new cord. I plugged in an OBD scanner while on the road from auto zone just to see if there was power and right when I plugged it in just to see if there was power. The car immediately shut down all the electronics the LCD screen and navigation system but the car was still on. Very strange and weird.
Anyone have something similar or Have an idea of what it could be.

thank you

First thing I will do is to check the obd2 connector pins out to make sure that they are in the right cavities and that their wiring don’t have any issues

the connector pins look good to me I feel like it might have something to do with the vehicles wiring harness or PCM for the fact how does the whole car shut down electrically when I put some power to the OBD ll very that’s strange
