I just received my Cobb accessport for my eb. My current and only mod that I have is a cold air intake from MMR which doesn't provide any hp/tq just a nice sound.

My question is, can I safely load my cobb stage 1 tune with my mmr cai or do I have to reinstall my oem intake for it to work properly? thanks. I have got different answers from a few people I know, Im not sure if they know themselves the correct answer.

The Stage 1 Cobb tune that comes with the Access Port is for a stock car. The tune is for the stock air box. You will need a pro tune if you wish to get power from that intake.

Should be fine. Cold Air intake won't have much if any impact on engine management when everything else is stock.

Just to be clear the ots tune is specific to a stock airbox.
