So the wife and I stopped by this little bar close to our house for a beer and a sandwich. I parked at the end near a handicapped space so I could cheat into the box a little and not worry about someone parking close and opening their door into us. About 2 min after sitting down we hear a crash then a horn on constant. We turn around and see this car coming towards our car and the building. The kid rolls right past out car and slams right into the flag pole. Airbags deployed horn still going off and not even a scratch on the flag pole. Luckily the only damage was to his car and the minivan that hit him and no one was hurt. I talked to him after tho cops were done with him and while he was waiting for the tow truck. He crossed the lane and the minivan t-boned him and he lost power and breaks and coasted right by my car into the building/flagpole. Needless to say it was very stressful watching it unfold and feeling helpless but crisis "for me" averted. Attached are a couple pics and my car was on this side of the white lines. Almost had a heart attack!
