Had a great time this past weekend racing my car in the True Street class at NMRA Bowling Green. The Fathouse Fabrications twin turbo kit worked flawlessly and managed a best time of 9.7 at 139.5 mph with 1.4 sixty foot. I firmly believe that there is a 9.50 in the car but I just need a little more practice to get it. This was my first ever event and I am still learning the car let alone drag racing in general. I learned a great deal over the weekend from the Fathouse crew and couldn't have asked for better guys to learn from.

I am very happy with the results considering this a full weight premium GT with all the options you can choose from. The car weighed in at 4035 with me in the car and a 1/4 tank of fuel. This was also only on 12.5lbs of boost.

I think my next mod will be a 2step to help with launching the car. I found it difficult to keep from pushing through the converter and then the beams if I wanted to achieve a good sixty. I could only build a little over 2 psi of boost at the line.

2 step limiter would help. Also a JMS plug n play trans break would do wonders. Brenspeed(not to far from fathouse) has some videos on youtube where they installed this combo on a s197 N/A drag car they built.

I ordered a 2 Step this morning. Really don't want to run a trans brake. There have been quite a few break trans cases.

Into the nines...with a street car. Now that's a nice setup.

Nice runs!

Whats your rim and tire setup? Looks like welds, curious size and details.

wow its nice to know they let you run in that event at those speeds. nice job!
Agreed! I figured I would get the boot but didn't. I think many were running fast and they were cutting us some slack.
