Finally got the time to go through and get the nitrous system from my `13 gt installed on the 15. I had to make a new wiring harness for the inside and two new harnesses under the hood, but I think it turned out decent. I may go back through and redo some of the underhood stuff to clean it up, but it will work for now. I am still working on the tune for it, trying to the trans shifting the way I want and am waiting on the new plugs and one fitting for the purge solenoid to come in and I will be able to test it out.

The system consists of a nitrous outlet plate kit, purge, bottle heater, remote bottle opener, NOS mini progressive controller, and fpss. Not sure how I am going to do the blow-down tube yet, so it isn't installed. On to the pics.

I haven't gotten everything together yet to try it out. Really hoping the plugs and fitting for the solenoid come in early this week, as I want to get some datalogging done this weekend at the track, as I am sure my base tune is really conservative.

The software I am using is HPTuners. I have been using this software for years on GM stuff and couldn't help but to use it when they started supporting the new mustangs. It is limited on datalogging right now, so I am using SCT for those duties until the 2.25 scanner is released

Ahh, ok. Looks like there's some real options in the Ford tuning market now, at least between SCT, HPtuners and Delta Force.

How much nitrous do you plan on running?

Looking forward to seeing what it can do.

Im still waiting on the spark plugs to come in, hopefully have those by Wednesday and hopefully have time Friday to get those in and upload the new tune and see if I have fixed my trans issues, do a little logging to get everything squared away then do a few test runs with the nitrous.

Right now the car is jetted for a 100 shot. My plan is do get the tune and the progressive controller dialed in on the 100 shot and then go to a 150. That should only take a jet swap and a few degrees of timing in the tune and be ready to go once all the baseline stuff is done.

I am excited to see how it does. I know on my 13 gt with the manual trans/ 3.73, it felt really strong on a 100 shot.

That makes two of us. I am really hoping everything falls in place and I am able to make some solid runs at the track on Saturday. I will definitely post results, with and without the juice.

So far my best time is an 11.85@123mph with a 1.99 60ft. I just don't have much time to play with the car and the last time at the track, I loaded the wrong config file so I didn't get any good data out of it.

Still pretty happy with how the car is turning out, just was really hoping for 125+mph trap speeds
