NGUAGE touch screen not working

Has anyone had an issue where the touch screen would not function on the Nguage.

I did a firmware update and after the update loaded I had a touchscreen config window come up asking to reset the touch screen. I followed the on screen instructions but now my touchscreen does not function.

I had it do that once, I unplugged and plugged back in. hasn't done it since.

At the main screen can you press and hold and have the calibration screen come up again?
