nGauge/PC ? s

Got as far as copy enc tune file. I hit config file and it says wont open.
Hit custom files and it says wont open
Logs and it says folder empty. Must have cvs files.
Stock and transfer say empty. I understand that one.
I hit nGauge and that one says I cant open because its not a supported file or file has been damaged. It was sent as an E mail and wasn't correctly decoded. I'm not a computer guru. Actually I might be to old to be messing with this. Too bad Lund does'nt have a direct phone line to help someone like me walk through the process. I know for everyone out there that this is so simple. What did I do wrong?

I got as far as copy per instructions by Lund. Didn't want to go to car and start messing w/that until I got the PC stuff right. Thanks for trying to help.
