I purchased and replaced all the airbags that deployed, luckily there was no structural damage. Got a new steering wheel bag, the bumper was scrapes/scratches and I just decided to buy a brand new OEM one from Ford. There was some warning on the screen saying the bags deployed.

Will this still be on when I turn it back on since the bag was replaced? If so, can I just use the scan tool?

Would appreciate any advice
You will need to find someone that has an SRS Module Reset Tool to clear the code after you physically replace the airbag.
OBDII tool will not work to reset the SRS Module.
I'd call around to a few local bodyshops to see if they can reset it for a charge as this is something they do often in collision repair.
(your local dealership body shop would be your best bet.)

The S550 airbag system is very complex and any reset needs to be performed using the Ford IDS system.

I’m not sure if the Forscan users have a way of doing any SRS resets, but maybe someone who’s familiar with current Forscan Datasets can chime in.

I don’t know if this will help, but here’s info about the S550 SRS system:
