I was looking for a return style fuel kit for my Vortech to run E85. I saw a picture / post from another m6g member with hard lines who pointed me to CJ Motorsports. They offer a Whipple specific kit and now offer a Vortech / Paxton specific kit that is simply awesome!!! I didn't want a gaggle of fuel line and wire with a go-figure-it-out design. The CJ Motorsports kit is OEM quality and engineering:

(1) Reuses factory hard line for return
(2) OEM quality hard line for feed
(3) Plug-n-play wiring (no "controller")
(4) 2nd pump on a hobs switch for boost activation (inefficient to run two or three pumps full time)
(5) Proper pass-through design. The feed line goes to a y-block which feeds both rails in parallel and then both rails connect to the regulator. The budget kits deadhead to the regulator and then feed one rail with a cross-over to the second rail (poor design).
(6) OEM quality brackets and hardware (no DIY bending or hammering or fastening)

I'll add some pictures shortly:

So the system requires a battery relocation?

Definitely does not require batter relocation!! I wanted a battery relocation as well so I contracted for some custom pieces (just showing the part quality - sorry to confuse :headbonk:)

Regarding the website, the S550 kits are not on there. I sent them an email and received a response the next day. I'm not sure if they're doing a production run or individual projects. Same with pricing. I believe the Whipple kits were less expensive because they already have Whipple rails, but again best to ask. I started adding additional items like the parts for the battery relo so my total wasn't representive of the normal kits. For pumps, I went with the dual Walbro 450s. just trying to pass along my experience. I have no affiliation with this company at all other then being a happy customer!

sounds real similar to the fore stage 1s we've been offering for about 5 years,

for most guys a level 1 gets the job done until you want to get really stupid on e85

Will the level one offer 850+ rwhp on e85? What do level 2 & 3 offer also?
Looks like the level 2 just adds fuel rails & level 3 adds a 3rd pump? Will the 3rd pump take you well into the 1000 rwhp mark?

level 1 dead heads stock rails

the rest of the systems add rails.

2 runs in series

4 runs in parallell y blocked

3 still dead heads, for systems that have trouble crossing over.

about 850 wheel is what i tell people on the level 1, the rails will give a little more flow for more

for over 900 on e85, i usually recommend a triple hat

you can do a dual or triple hat on every level

we even do a level 1 now with a triple hat, with only 2 pumps for the guys that may grow later, but don't want to spend the $$ or need the extra pump initially, but don't want to buy a full hat later
