New Steeda Website Issues

Anyone else have issues with their account since Steeda updated their website? It kept telling me my password was incorrect, and after resetting the password, my order history and build list are gone.

I had the same issues. Wouldn’t take my password so I had to reset it, and my build list is gone, even the name of it was gone so I had to create a complete new one.

Hello All:

Based on feedback from our Director of Marketing - Chris C. this is what he has said regarding the build lists:

"Unfortunately, we couldn’t transition build lists, but order and customer data were transferred."

You will have to rebuild your list, unfortunately - sorry about the inconvenience.

Yes, we just upgraded last week & for any of the orders that were imported to the new site - create an email blast for product reviews.

Just some baby steps in the process - we appreciate your patience.

TJ, that's fine with the build list, I can recreate that, but my order history is gone. Not that I expect any problems, but I would definitely like to have this just in case.

Hi All - Thank you for working with us as we experience some minor growing pains with the new site.

- All customer and order data were transferred to the new site. In order to gain access, all you need to do is reset your password through this link. If your orders are not attached to your account, please shoot me a PM with your e-mail address that you use for your Steeda account and any of the prior order numbers you have off-hand. These would start with "AB-XXXXXX".

- Build Lists unfortunately were not transferred over. We did what we could to make this happen, but unfortunately, the compatibility just wasn't there.

- Product Review Requests - Yes, when we went live with the new site, the automated request shot out e-mails to some customers who have made orders in the past. Feel free to either make a product review or disregard it altogether. This will not be an issue going forward.

Again, I appreciate everyone's patience as we forge through this transition. If anything else pops up on your end, please don't hesitate to reach out to me directly.

All is well and they still have parts. :thumbsup:

You guys with the build sheets, learn a lesson. Have a file on some website. As you have found out, need a duplicate on your computer.

That way you own it >>>
