Different hood.

The covered car hood lines star out wider and trace the exterior curve. The gt hood is just doing its own thing.

Wonder what will separate this from a "normal" Shelby GT then. The S197 Shelby GT was n/a and the GTS was supercharged. The most recent S550 GT is available both n/a and supercharged (I thought) and certainly the press car was already supercharged.

Oh well, hopefully we'll see it soon enough

It seems as though they aren't consistent with the Shelby GT, but..

The Shelby GTS was a customizable upgrade package for the V6 and GT. I assume this will be the same, but for the Ecoboost and GT. They may throw the V6 in too, which would make sense.

There is a caged race prepped GT350 coming we put our names on the list as a dealer to get one a couple months ago. I have no idea if that's what this car is I imagine if Shelby America is releasing it it's a super snake kit like what was on the last gen GT500s

I think Ford and Shelby need to get together and decide who is making what. Just a few years ago Shelby was making GT350's. Now Ford is. They cross brand and confuse the average customer. You ask a regular person off the street what a shelby mustang is, you will get 10 different answers. It's getting out of control and really embarrassing at this point.
