Looking to get the girl some new shoes. I have a pp eb 18. I liked the stockers honestly. But I never got the grip to put it to it's full potential. What are the best tires for these stangs?

For the winter I've been running Pirreli Sotozero 3's. Driven in some nasty snow/slush with no problems. I have a GT, but that shouldn't matter.
It's always summer here. Suggestions

Any true summer performance tire will be an upgrade imho from the stockers. A lot like the Indy Firehawks, Michelin make a few good tires, Nitto 555g2(what Im running)...just to name a few.

What does the EB PP 18 come with? Not the Michelin pilot sport 4s?

Longevity is not top on my list .I want performance over all other factors

Do you want the best tire for driving hard on the street, autox, drag racing or road course?

Michelin cup2 or Pirelli trofeo r are going to be two of the best road course tires, Bridgestone RE71R is going to be the best autox tire, best street tires is the Michelin PS4S or the Continental Extremecontact Sport, unfortunately the best drag tire is not something I am certain of. Granted these are my opinions based on hundreds of post I have read over the years.

Performance tires are one of my favorite topics.

Extreme Summer Tires
+ RE71R is one of the best tires for warm conditions if you only need ~10k miles, and if you can avoid driving in standing water in the last bit of their life.
+ RS4 is great for a tire that lasts and holds up to track abuse. Ever so slightly less grippy than the RE71R, but not by much. Supposedly not great if the surface is wet tho.

Then you get to Max performance summer tires
+ MP4S is the best daily driver sports car tire, and is factory issue on the 19 PP1 cars, as well as a large number of supercars, Porsches, etc.

Or you can go with DOT legal Track tires
+ R888R is similar to the RE71R. I'd say theyre close to even. RE71R may move standing water a little better, at least when new.
+ You could even run a slick like the Hoosier A7 if it never rains and you absolutely have to be on a grippier tire than everyone else.

DOT Level streetable Track tires
+ Pilot Sport Cup 2 is factory issue on GT350Rs, but its not great until its got some good heat in it. Poor choice for cooler conditions or anything but driving very hard.
+ Goodyear Eagle F1 Supercar 3R is factory issue on some Cameros. Probably equivalent to the Sport Cup 2

The best way to choose a tire for you would be to rank these categories using a 1-5 scale with 1 being least important and 5 being most.

Tread Life
Dry Performance
Wet Performance
Tread Noise
Price

Does your car see the track? If so, what kind. Drag, road course, autoX, etc.
