New member question

Hello all new to mustang forum. Recently bought a 2016 mustang gt 5.0 6 speed. Just wondering if there's a rev limiter and if so what is it? Also the engine seems like it has a fluttering sound is it from cams or injectors is this normal?

Factory I believe is 6800rpm.

I have no clue what rpm it's at, but it's my first sports car in 30 years and the last one didn't have one. Somehow I get in the mode where I'm not paying attention and hit the thing way too often. What a strange feeling when it happens.
