My $45 Diode Dynamics bulb looks brighter based on the pics they are showing for this $250 piece

I bought 2 bulbs off of eBay for $12 and its as bright as the DD ones. $200+ for a reverse light is ridiculous

A lot of their stuff seems overpriced. IMO.

why would you spend $250 on that when you can just get 4th brake light?

Khyber I agree with what everyone is saying about the design and the the price, but I've also been waiting for something like this to come out, so I'm excited to see where others might take the design and change it up. The biggest reason I do not like the 4th brake light is that it doesn't look uniform at all. It looks like a little red dot in the middle of the reverse housing. Same with the LED reverse light.

I'd rather (and did) buy an LED bulb. it's cheaper, and that light is generally a HUGE pain in the ass to remove/reinstall.

no it doesn't lol.

it's several red dots focused through a lens and illuminated in the housing. same way with reverse. there's nothing not uniformed about it. the whole thing is glowing.
