I love my ’15 and I’m lucky that’s it’s my retirement “fun” toy, I take it out on good days unlike a lot of you on here (six months after getting it I’m at 397 miles due to surgeries and bad weather) and it’s not my daily driver. After being a responsible grownup for 30 years patiently waiting while looking out for the family first and surviving many 4cyl slug practical cars, car seats, spilled drinks and French fries it’s my turn. My only complaint is I’ve run into a noise coming from the passenger side every time I leave a traffic light and run thru the gears, it starts with a muffled “Slow the fuck down” and moves into a louder “I hope you get a ticket” to “This is why you are such a child” and would probably get worse but I back off to prevent damage to my smile. Of course it’s not there when I’m in the passenger seat and I can’t duplicate it when I’m alone. I’m probably looking at a Steeda ball gag but I was wondering what other folks have done?

I have that very same noise.......... But when I'm the passenger, she issues a verbal command for that noise to stop -- and it does! :-)

I didn't get old being no fool....!

Yeah it's funny how when seats are changed it's all fun again, I have to admit I don't like the passenger seat myself

As a true redneck, I'd say duct tape fixes just about everything!

Sounds like you need a passenger upgrade.

Thankfully, my significant passenger has just as big a lead foot as I do.

I have this same problem too and it's not even a "permanent" modification! :D;)

On a plus side to it, is sometimes I'm at a light, and someone wants to try and race, I'll here a pretty loud noise that sounds like "Go ahead and go for it, you got em!", which I enjoy. But most of them time the noise sounds like, "I'm gonna laugh when you get another ticket."
Guess you can't win all the time

HaHa! Some say the squeaky wheel gets the grease.... I says the squeaky wheel gets replaced! I have the same problem, girls don't understand! You don't buy a mustang to drive it like a Buick.
Best of luck

For a girl who drove the autobahns for 5 years, and I mean drove as in beating hell out of the car we had, she has no problem with speed. Her problem is being in the passenger seat (and not in control) and neither one of us will part with the wheel. I need to get her to Atlanta speedway one day....
