Hello Mustang forum! Took delivery of my 2023 Mustang GT Convertible this week (transported to my house, custom order). I noticed a couple of things as I was removing the plastic covers and checking the car out. Figured I would ask here:
Rear passenger seat: I believe there is something wrong with the upholstery, maybe a factory defect? Looks like the upholstery does not "stick" to the seat and is puffy at touch. You can clearly see a difference between the rear driver seat and the passenger one. None of the other seats have that issue.
Thanks in advance. Both excited and a bit saddened at the same time-- Hoping the rear passenger seat issue is an easy fix, but definitely not ideal for a new vehicle.

- Have any of you experienced something like this? How would this issue be taken care of?
- Have not encountered this before on a new vehicle. I am surprised it was not noticed during pre-delivery inspection.
