New 18-19 Borla S type OR ATAK

Just like the title says, wanting to hear from people who have either of these exhausts or have seen & heard in person. Car is 2018 GT Mustang stock manual and just want more sound but don’t want to be crazy extreme pull me over type of stuff. I’ve listened & seen videos from CJ on these two but really after watching so many different vids they all start to run together and really hard to tell cause your just watching a vid off your phone

Your description on the ATAK sounds like what I’m looking for. With the cost of systems today I just don’t want to get into a position where I go with a S system and be like, MAN I wish it was just a little more.

I have ATAKs and would not characterize them as "Loud, deep, good sounding tone" to most people that would be S-Type. These ATAKs are more like: extremely loud (you can hear me miles away), raspy, crackle, pop, race car like tone.

Your description on the ATAK sounds like what I’m looking for. With the cost of systems today I just don’t want to get into a position where I go with a S system and be like, MAN I wish it was just a little more.

Trust me, the ATAKs are definitely not overwhelmingly loud by any means. S types have decent volume, and are also deep, but I could for sure see me swapping them out for the more loud and aggressive system.

I have corsa sport on my 18 and it sounds good but I want Borla ATAK. I had ATAK on my 15 and loved it. Corsa Sport is loud but doesn't have the tone of the ATAK. As soon as I get this system sold I will be putting the ATAK system on my car.

Go for Atak! I have S-Type which is not quiet by any means. Also, if it gets too much just order the Resonator. bought one which turns it into a Touring cat-back.

My 2015 with ATAKs

2015-17 and 2018+ ATAK sound different. I was never one for really loud exhausts, the 2018+ ATAK sounds good. The polyphonic harmonizer is likely the difference.

Great sound .
+12WHP minimum on 7th gear. ( +9whp in 5th gear on 10 speed)
LOUD when you push it. Absolutely Acceptable Noise at lower RPM ( cruising). You Get Drone. If you use it for everyday Maybe it is too much. For the TRACK is outstanding and extra Hp always
