Need some advice

Hey guys, so I currently own a 2015 ecoboost. I'm having trouble with my local dealership and the one in Pittsburgh. There is a large patch on my passenger side seat, that feels really rough, and dry. I've rarely driven anyone in my car. I've never put any type of conditioner or spilled liquid in my car. My dealership is telling me there is nothing they are willing to do for me. Can anyone help me out?
