Over the weekend I installed eibachs sportline lowering springs on my 2017 mustang gt/CS and just the springs and dampeners that came with it. In couple days I’m taking it in to get aligned. Is there anything I should worry about like buying new struts and so forth with that product?? People are kind of sketching me out.

What "people"? your factory suspension while not anything great will do 'fine' if you've been 'happy enough' with it this whole time. Personally I would chop the bump stops (white'ish squishy thingy) to half their original length.

With my 17gt Sportlines are great..
1. Get the front camber bolts get off AM. Alignment shop said it helped a lot. https://www.americanmuscle.com/eibach-proalign-bolts-9404.html

2. Also after a year(6k miles), the stock struts and shocks felt destroyed and now I have the yellow konis installed. Wayyyy better but in the beginning never had issues w stock + Sportlines. Just know that you'll wear the stock suspension prematurely.

Okay thanks! Yeah I figured they would wear out faster. I’ll look into those Konis in a couple months or so!
