NEED HELP 4 INCH TO 8 INCH SCREEN SWAP

Hello, I recently just swapped my 2020 Mustang GT Base Model 4 inch screen for a 8 inch sync 3 screen off a 2019 Mustang GT . Everything else works except for the drive toggle switch, volume knob, having to press the hazards twice to turn off, and most importantly my audio is only playing through my tweeters and not my other speakers. I also have a subwoofer installed before I swapped the screen. I also just bought a forscan adapter comes in tomorrow. Please any information on how to fix.

Sooooo... ya want to visit the sync 3 swap sticky thread, it has all the forscan info... so with these newer fords (from my experience) whenever you install a part from a different model, sometimes itll automatically change some coding but not all in forscan so be careful only because you may think you coded something wrong but some coding is already prefilled and you just gotta fine code it, I forgot what its called but for example if I have a 6 speaker system, i would look on cargurus for a mustang with big screen and 6 speakers and copy the vin and put it in to the fords website to access the coding (dont remember whats its called) but its like a spreadsheet of all the factory codes for all the modules
