Navtool Canbox help

Hi all

have bought this canbox3.0 from NavTool, to enable a front cam on my 2018 Ford Mustang GT Euro version

But the kit came with no instructions at all, and after having emailed back and fourth with NavTool, for the last 10 days, they still can't give me the instructions (really bad customer service)

Does anyone here know, where the 2 pins from the front camera RCA plug should go in the socket?, I really need to move forward, but NavTool just keeps saying that they are in the process of making new instructions and won't really answer to where these 2 wires should go?

I read about NavTool on another forum, and even they say their customer service is nonexistent--and the posts were from 2014!

The pigtails connect to the video feed input, but I'm not sure if it's to the radio, or to the adapter. That's all I could find out.
