I just finished it and installed it over the weekend. The process I used was:
-Scuff cover with scuff pad
-Clean thoroughly with Simple Green and water - let dry
-Wiped down with lint free cloth and Duplicolor Prep Spray
-Sprayed 2-3 coats of Duplicolor Adhesion Promoter
-Sprayed 4 coats of Duplicolor High Build Primer
-Wet sanded while piece with 600 grit, then 1500 grit
-Sprayed 4 coats of base coat colors
-Wet sanded again
-Sprayed 4 coats of clear

Overall, I am happy with the results. I learned a lot in the process. Originally I started with the Duplicolor Exact Match color that is supposed to be Oxford White. I was disappointed for a couple reasons, a.) It didn't even come close to matching and b.) There is very little paint in the can - it took 2 cans to get a good cover with the white. I ended up finishing it off with a can of Krylon Gloss White. I will probably end up redoing it once I can find a good solution to getting paint that matches the car (will either look into having a paint shop make up some spray cans, or I might buy a paint gun) I want to do the fuse box cover and the panel above the radiator. Those will wait until the paint situation is figured out. Enough words, how bout some pics?

I thought I had more "in progress" pics, but this was all I could find.
