Lol sorry I'm a mustang guy at heart and this is the only forum I frequent, I figured you guys would like it too. Walked into the dealer on a whim and walked out with this at msrp, I am pretty stoked, Def didnt expect to do this today.

Why would buy a Hellcat rather than just bolt a Whipple onto your existing Mustang ?

It's a manual, shifts like a dream. I don't have a mustang currently but I had a bad experience when I had my 2006 and turbocharged it. Went through 3 engines, three clutches and two transmissions.

While I love the aftermarket if it doesn't come from the factory with a power adder I leave it NA. Lesson learned. I would rather buy a car like this with a warranty than replace another engine.

I am envious. 707 hp of supercharged 6.2L V8, with a manual transmission, and a warranty !

but I am on a budget,

so I will have to take my chances with the aftermarket. I would give an engine one chance, and after that it stays NA. At least until the M7G

Lol hell I just wish I was there, congrats for living in paradise. Your car likely runs 10's, this car will run mid tens with drag radials and the right driver but I am not that driver, this is just a toy. You know what they say there is always someone faster.

Congrats man. My neighbor had a purple skat pack and it's beautiful. We eyeball each other's car all the time. Purple hellcat is about as cool as a purple car gets too. Enjoy it.

If I didn't get a Mustang I would have been all over a challenger in white.
