My Lego Mustang (something a little different)

I have a '16 Oxford White GT + PP. The Mustang that Lego recently came out with is cool but I wanted something that was a closer approximation to my car. I bought a Lego Mustang kit for my daughter and used that to help figure out what I needed to replace to make a white one. The finished product is below. All in it cost around $50. I could've saved some money because I bought the Corvette set and traded the black wheels in it for the gray wheels in the Mustang set (I let my daughter have the Corvette and out it together)

Lego's Pick A Brick site. It took some effort to find the item numbers for the pieces I needed and I still had to go to a site called Brick Link (kind of like an eBay for Legos) to get a few more pieces. That was part of the fun though. While figuring out what I needed to buy I was able to take my daughter's Mustang and see what 'improvements' I could make.

The hardest part was trimming the blue off of the decals.

You can do that with all of them except for the heat extractors and the 5.0 badges. That's why I went for something different for the heat extractors. The 5.0 badges aren't on there but I may mock up my own and stick them on.

I don't think they make all the pieces you'd need in orange.

yes. it may be hard to find ALL of them.

Dude, I would totally buy one from you if you decide to start making/selling. Or if you could put together some sort of comprehensive list together as of what exact pieces we would need with a video that would be awesome too.
